Buttermilk Herb Chicken

This is another recipe from my favorite freezer cookbook.

I review a few other cookbooks in THIS POST.

This recipe is a great grilling recipe or you could just saute the chicken on the stovetop.

1 cup buttermilk
1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. fresh rosemary, finely chopped or 1 tsp. dried
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
8 boneless, split chicken breasts
To Freeze:  Mix all ingredients and place in a Ziploc freezer bag.
To Serve:  Thaw.  Discard marinade.  Grill over medium heat until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
